• No smoking allowed inside the villa

• No non-halal food and beverages allowed

• No loud noises, parties or events allowed

• Pool usage by children must be supervised by an adult at all time

• Check in time is 3.00 PM and check out time is 12.00 PM

• Total guests allowed to stay is 17 including children 5 years and above

• Only light cooking is allowed inside the villa

• Please don't rearrange the furniture

• BBQ grill usage is free, however please clean the equipment after using
